About Me
Dr Pujara is a highly respected Consultant Psychiatrist with over a decade of experience supporting patients across acute clinical environments. She is on the GMC Specialist Register for General Adult Psychiatry and Liaison Psychiatry, with deep with a particular clinical expertise in complex emotional patterns and the complex interplay between physical and mental health for example somatisation syndromes, and medically unexplained symptoms, neuropsychiatry, cognitive disorders.
Dr Pujara holds a BSc in Neuroscience and an MD in Medicine, and is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). As a Royal College of Psychiatrists Leadership and Management Fellow, she has also helped shape mental health service delivery at a senior leadership level, currently serving as an Associate Clinical Director within a large NHS organisation.
Her creation of Calm Power was born from a deeply personal and professional journey. Dr Pujara has spent years navigating high-pressure environments while witnessing first-hand how modern health systems overlook high-functioning individuals who are silently struggling with chronic stress, burnout, or diminished mental clarity. She became increasingly concerned by the rise of unregulated wellness advice and felt compelled to create a clinically grounded, yet deeply restorative model of care.
Dr Pujara’s approach is evidence-based yet compassionate. Drawing from her own experiences of resilience and perseverance, she has integrated the disciplines of psychiatry, neuroscience, somatic therapies, yoga, meditation, and wellness—using them critically to enhance her own performance, relationships, and wellbeing. This fusion of rigorous clinical knowledge and holistic wisdom has shaped Calm Power into
a sanctuary for those seeking not to treat illness, but to optimise their nervous system and unlock their fullest human potential.
At Calm Power™, she now leads a unique space redefining nervous system restoration for the modern high performer, blending clinical excellence with a deep commitment to relational trust, connection, and compassionate care.
